Kirdford church yard was full of family
history. Three generations of the Tobitt and
at least 4 of the Downers are buried here.

Ian's comment was about Arthur and how
nice of a person he was. Ian told a story of
where he would go into the Half Moon Pub
just across the street from the church and
state :" Don't tell my wife you saw me in
here"
